Return Process
- Contact us at flexo.au@gmail.com and provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once your request has been approved, follow the return instructions provided.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Drop the package off at your local post office.
- Most returns are processed within 5 business days after arrival.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
Return Policy
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- Please inspect all items before sending them back.

Return Address
Please contact us before returning any item. We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.
