Return Process

  1. Contact us at flexo.au@gmail.com and provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your request has been approved, follow the return instructions provided.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Drop the package off at your local post office.
  5. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after arrival.
  6. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.

Return Policy

  1. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
  2. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  3. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
